Description

Stanley K. Sheinbaum joins economists Milton Friedman, of the University of Chicago, and Abba P. Lerner, of the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences, in a theoretical -- and highly technical -- discussion of the problem of the balance of payments for the Common Market countries. While Dr. Friedman takes a negative view of the situation, Professor Lerner believes the malstructure can be corrected. [ca. May 1962].
